ARMENIAN INSTITUTE - Hrant Dink -Two years on

HRANT DINK – TWO YEARS ON

Thursday, January 29, 7:30 – 9:30 pm

Nevart Gulbenkian Hall, Iverna Gardens, London W8

(Tube: High Street Kensington)

Thursday evening friends will be gathering to remember Hrant Dink, in this anniversary month. This evening is shared by Project for Armenian and Turkish Studies and the Armenian Institute.

We will have music, poetry, food and drink -- and we are very fortunate to have Elif Kalaycioglu and Maral Dink, both from Istanbul but studying this year in London. Elif and Maral will give short talks about recent developments in human rights in Turkey, focussing on young people.

No admission charge but donations are very welcome – a contribution of £3–£5 would help towards the wine and simple food.

The Armenian Institute is a London-based registered charity dedicated to making Armenian culture and history a living experience, through innovative programmes, educational resources, workshops, exhibits and performances.
