The Armenian Institute is happy to announce the appointment of Aris Nadirian as the director of our new choir, assisted by Lydia Kazarians. The choir will meet weekly to rehearse and will perform at least twice a year, singing a wide-range of repertoire including traditional, classic and modern Armenian music as well as a variety of other pieces. We are looking for choir members who are enthusiastic and preferably have some sight–singing ability or at least a good ear and ability to follow and memorise the music. Membership will be by simple audition – no need to prepare. For those who are unable to attend the first audition, there will be a second one in September
For further information and to book a time slot for the audition please contact Aris Nadirian on 020 8771 1338 or 07890339928.
