3:00 – 5:00 pm Cookery class with Gigi Dunaians Young. Learn to make the traditional Armenian Christmas and New Year dessert, anooshabour. A cooked pudding, stuffed with varied dried fruits and nuts, anooshabour is a staple holiday dish loved by all. Choereg is also a favourite. Rival of the French brioche, this fragrant holiday bread is served most often at Easter but also enjoyed on other festive occasions.

6:00 – 8:30 pm Join us for a light dinner of Armenian lentil soup, boereg, salads and, of course, choereg and anooshabour, served with wine or soft drinks.

Admission: Cookery class £12 (£10 Friends of AI)

Dinner £12 (£10 Friends of AI; children £5)

Cookery class and dinner: £20 (£15 Friends of AI)
