It took the descendants of another nomadic warrior race, the Huns of Hungary to stop him in the same way that the Mamelukes of Egypt stopped the ravages of Hulagu Khan, the grandson of Genghis as they themselves were the descendants of nomadic invaders.
The remains of the tomb of Suleiman the Magnificent, who died in 1566 while his troops were besieging the fortress of Szigetvar in southern Hungary, have "in all likelihood" been found, a Hungarian historian said Wednesday.
