Prayer in Memory of late Armenian Patriarch
 
Special prayer service in memory of late Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople Archbishop Mesrob II Moutafian took place at the end of Divine Liturgy at St. Yeghiche Church, London, on the Sunday of Expulsion, March 10th 2019. After sharing his reflections on the meaning of Sunday of Expulsion, the Primate invited Dr Hratch Tchilingirian to speak about the life and work of Archbishop Mesrob II.

The Burial of the late Patriarch
 
The burial service of late Patriarch will take place on Sunday, March 17th in Istanbul. On the day of the funeral of late Patriarch, a prayer service will be held at St. Sarkis Church after the Divine Liturgy. Ecumenical guests will attend the service.
Dr Harry Hagopian and Mrs Anna Tury will share their memories about the late Patriarch. After the service, there will be receptions at Gulbenkian hall hosted by the Parish and Armenians from Constantinople. There will be a screening featuring the life and work of the late Patriarch.
The funeral will be broadcasted on http://www.luys.tv/Armenian TV of the Patriarchate 11:00 am (09:00 am London time).
Venue: St. Sarkis Church, Iverna Gardens, W8 6TP. Nearest tube station: High Street Kensington. Morning Service starts at10:30 am, Liturgy at 11:00 am, Prayer service for reposing of soul 12:30 pm.
 
 
 
7-day Pilgrimage to Italy and audience with His Holiness Pope Francis
 
Travel dates: 5th to 11th May 2019

The visit will include a general audience with Pope Francis, meeting with Church dignitaries, ecumenical prayers, visit different Churches and shrines, catacombs as well as an excursion in the Armenian monastery of St. Lazaro.

Special Services during the Great Lent
 
Every Friday evening during the lent, the Primate and clergy lead prayer service (Friday Vigil) at St. Sarkis Church. It is a unique interactive service, during which congregation participates actively not only in singing the beautiful hymns (Շարականներ) but also prayers of Confession written by Catholicos Nerces the Gracious (XII).
It is followed by Lenten dinner in the Gulbenkian Hall. Church Service starts 6.30 pm, Lenten dinner at 7.30 entrance fee: £5.

During the Great lent period, there are Sunrise services organised at the small chapel in Arachnortaran every Wednesday morning at 10:30 am. Faithful are welcome to join.
