Krikor Salbashian - Turkish Collaborator (EN)

It is my deep sense of duty to my family and fore bearers of our strong and devout, as in, ‘God-loving’ not, 'God-fearing' Armenian’s. I urge you to read the article below, I support the recognition of the Armenian Genocide of 1915 and further more wish to raise the profile by not standing in the way of this aim. To that effect, I would like to draw your attention to this article, enlarge this copy for ease of reading and interest. It is interesting as to what lengths some will go to further their own aims and even to the depths that they may fall in doing so.

It is very important to remember that we are remembering every Armenian killed during the whole of the period attempted to obliterate the Armenian Nation through Genocide. Turkey’s government part took of this barbarous act in the late 19th and early 20th Century, making Armenian’s the first Genocide of that era. Successive Turkish governments have tried but failed, to keep our voices quiet. Hrant Dink was one, I would like to include myself, ‘I am Hrant Dink.’

Many Armenian’s are now living outside their true homeland because of this very reason, to which most generations in Turkey are oblivious to after the event. Oh… how we are wronged, by our distant brethren.

Mr Krikor Salbashian must also remember that mending bridges takes more than affiliating himself with both parties, in the guise of being a true representative of either one or to the other party.

Seta…
