BISHOP HOVAKIM MANUKYAN'S MESSAGE ON THE OCCASION OF
THE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY
On the occasion of the International Day of Women and also upcoming Mother's Day extend my blessings and congratulate mothers and sisters.
It is a great joy for us to praise you and to appreciate your work and efforts in our national and spiritual lives. Due to your great contributions, zeal and care in our community and the Church, you affirm the biblical words that the grace of a kind and wise woman is worth more than gold.
I wish you boundless happiness and may God bless you all.

MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF
ORIENTAL ORTHODOX CHURCHES
Members of the Council of Oriental Orthodox Churches in Great Britain, including His Grace Bishop Hovakim Manukyan, met at Syriac Archdiocese in London on 6 March.
They discussed questions related to their mission as well as shared news about their Churches in Iraq, Syria, Armenia, Ethiopia, Egypt, Eritrea and Jerusalem.

Last Sunday 4th March 2018 Fr. Shnork Bagdassarian, Pastor of St Sarkis Armenian Church, visited Kevork Tahta Armenian Community Sunday School in Acton and presided over the Morning Assembly.
.
Fr Shnork conducted a short church service with active participation of school children.

Special service in memoriam of the innocent Armenian victims of Sumgait, Baku and other cities took place in St. Yeghiche Church on 4 March, respecting the memories of all those innocent victims, with Bishop Hovakim Manukyan and Armenian Embassy representatives headed by Armen Liloyan.

Mijinq Luncheon took place in St. Yeghiche Church on 7th March 2018. Thank you to the ACC Ladies Committee and St Yeghiche Ladies Guild for all their hard work in organising yet another successful event.
