You may recall that it ceased operations as an on-line magazine back in September 2016. Since then the website was used primarily as a blog without the complement of an editorial board. Regretfully, due to unforeseen circumstances, as of October 1, 2018 articles will not to be posted. On very rare occasions significant announcements and petitions may appear at the discretion of the website's owner. All data -- e-mail addresses and already accumulated material -- will be preserved.
