Welcomes Barouyr Aghbashian

For many years Barouyr Aghbashian was the editor of Zartonk in Beirut. As a member of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party, holder of various offices in AGBU and being a teacher, he was a leading member of the Armenian community in Lebanon. He is currently a lecturer at Haigazian University in Beirut.

Over the years, Mr. Aghbashian has amassed extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Armenian politics, and has first-hand knowledge of the contemporary and past challenges Armenians face in Armenia, Artsakh, and in Diaspora. The following are samples of his recent columns. As of this issue, he will regularly contribute to Keghart.com, sometimes exclusively.
