This photo makes me think of bodies which lay under the blue sky,
for each white poppy that sprung skyward, turned red with the blood
that oozed into the soil!...You ask who are these people?
They are the Armenians!...You ask why is there a black spot in the centre?
They have kept watch for one hundred years to be berried.
The White Poppy is for peace!
The Red Poppy is for those who were killed in vain!
