On Behalf of the Armenian Apostolic Church of UK and Ireland we would like to extend our warmest invitation pleasure for a special ceremony to be held at theTemple of PeaceCardiff on the 22nd April 16.30 to 18.30 to mark a momentous decision by the Church of Wales to recognise the 24th April as Armenian Genocide Day.
The prayers (translated in to Welsh and English) by Bishop Vahan Hovhanessian and Canon Patrick Thomas will ensure that on the 24th of April each year the Armenians who lost their lives in the first genocide of the 20th century will be remembered.
This will be the first occasion that the prayer will be read out in public by Canon Patrick Thomas and Bishop Vahan Hovhanessian and in the presence of the Archbishop of Wales.

We would be delighted if you were able to attend this very special event that is being held on the 22nd April 16.30 - 18.30
