His Grace Bishop Vahan Hovhannisyan was elected as the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of France - On November 1, elections for a new primate were held at the Armenian Diocese of France, Diocesan Assembly. The meeting was held in the hall of the St. John the Baptist Church of Paris.
