April 24th Event in Leek...Rick Ford

Place: Trinity church, Derby street, Leek.

An evening event called OUT OF DARKNESS INTO LIGHT which is taking place in Leek, Staffordshire on the evening 24th April to mark the centenary of the start of the Armenian Genocide.

We will remember the Armenian Genocide and other genocides that have taken place in the 20th and 21st centuries. 

The evening will be a multi-media event featuring film footage, readings and music and as a counterpoint to the rest of the evening will end with a testimony to some of the ‘good’ men and women who make us proud to be human.
