I was in the teacher's workroom the other day, and I found this letter. After reading it, I decided to share it with my students. My astonishment grew more, when my students informed me that they already learned about the Armenian Genocide in their history class. After so many years of hard work, this historic tragedy has finally entered our education system. Before, I needed to have my administrator's approval to discuss the Genocide with my students. Now, I do not need their approval anymore.
