It's almost too much to watch
Erdogan can barely suppress his delight.
He can't hide his pride in having bullied and bribed his way through yet another April 24th.
Talking on CNN, he's happy at having dodged U.S. recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
His trademark arrogance on full display, he goes on to lecture the American people against imposing their view of history on Turkey. He says:
"No people has the right to impose the way it remembers history to another nation or people." -- Prime Minister Erdogan
Truly amazing.
The man who has made a multi-million dollar industry out of arm-twisting America against recognizing the Armenian Genocide is up on his high-horse playing victim and giving sermons about outside interference.
It would be laughable, if it weren't so dangerous.
Deadly dangerous because the stakes are nothing less than genocide, the justice owed for this crime, and the future security of the Armenian nation.
The ANCA knows the stakes.
That's why we fight night and day across the front lines of the Armenian Cause, to stand up for your views, to defend your values, and to ensure that your voice is heard - and respected - in our nation's capital.
