An Open invitation to an Exhibition called 'Armenian Threads' from ARTIST ... Sarah Greaves

Dear Reader

Last weekend I met an Artist, for the second time, of a very unusual and unique calibre and you can see her work and the ethos behind it on the *site below! Sarah Greaves can be heard on the Radio 4 programme 'Woman's
Hour' Where she eloquently speaks of her work, the ethos behind the work and the job of carrying
out the process of the creatively devised and designed objects.

I for one, can recommend a venue for the West Midlands at 'The Public' in WEST BROMWICH,
WEST MIDLANDS. IT IS AN INNOVATIVE BUILDING and an ideal venue for innovative
works to be exhibited. That is if she were to be looking to Exhibit further down south, and give
Birmingham a taste of art and culture of a refreshingly new look!

The Armenian community here will be waiting eagerly!

Thank you Sarah for sharing your inspirational work!

Here is Sarah's invitation in her own words and directions how to get there!

Dear Members of the Manchester Armenian Community

You are warmly invited to the preview of my Arts Council funded exhibition 'Armenian Threads'
on Wednesday 21st August, 6pm at 2022NQ. The community has been extremely welcoming and kind in helping me and I would be delighted to see you there.

At the end of July or early August I am hoping to run a workshop for people to embroider a
pomegranate that will be added to an installation for the exhibition. If you would be interested in
taking part please get in contact.

2022NQ is a great venue but a little tricky to find. The entrance is on Little Lever Street off Dale Street
and is downstairs in the basement.
